Anya walked quietly through the woods, keeping one hand on the gun at her side. The woods were normal enough, like those of several other planets her crew had looted. She tucked a strand of red hair behind her ear and looked down at her dirty blue dress, her scuffed up brown boots and her rusty gold chain around her neck. She didn't ever worry about her clothes, or look in a mirror. She had no one to impress, and she never cared.
Anya tripped over a rock and cut her calf on a tree branch. She cussed under her breath and pressed down on the cut with her palm. The one time she travels without a bandage of some kind.....

Cale was on his way to look for his friends - especially Loki, who he had heard was captured by the pirates. He knew that it would be difficult to get the teen to go back to the town with him, but atleast he would try.
The closer he came to the ship, the more tensed he turned. He didn't had any kind of weapon with him, or maybe one - if you count a hammer. And once he heard someone else in the forest, he took it out incase he needed to use it. He hid behind a bush and slowly pushed away a branch to see who it was. Cale was actually pretty suprised by the view. He had imagined that it would be a horrible pirat - with a wooden leg and a eyepatch, but instead it was just a girl. Maybe she wasn't even a pirate...
"Hey.. Are you alright?" He asked hesitantly as he went up from behind the bush. She looked hurt, and he couldn't just leave her...

Anya tensed when she heard someone speak and looked up to see a guy with blonde hair, maybe a few years older than her looking at her with concern. She scanned him for weapons when she said, "sort of..." seeing that he had no weapon, except for a little hammer. Anya stood and tucked her hair behind her ear again, a habit of hers.
"You wouldn't happen to have any bandages would you?" she asked, playing innocent, because she knew as soon as he found out she was pirate things would get a little crazy.

"Uhm.. No sorry.." Cale shook his head before he shined up, and began to dig in his backpocket.
"Or... I have some small patches if that helpes.." He said and walked over to her slowly while showing 3 small patches in his hand.
"Sometimes I cut myself when I'm working, so I have learned to always bring some" He said with a little laughter and ran one hand through his hair.
"Do you want them?"

Anya glanced at the patches, "sure.... thanks," she said, taking them from him carefully. She bent down and pulled her dress up past her knee. Putting on one of the patches gently she asked, "working? What kind of work?"

"Oh.. I'm-- a gardener" Cale smiled widely and placed his hands in his pockets.
"You know, sometimes you cut yourself on a rose-thorn.." He shrugged casually and let out a little laugh.
"I'm Cale by the way.. who are you?"

Anya looked down at his clearly muscular arms and grease smeared hands. "Gardener my ass," she thought, standing back up and offering him the leftover patches. She fixed her belt since her gun was slipping, fixing its position.
"I'm Anya, my jobs a bit more.... dangerous than yours..." she said with a sarcastic smile, trying to seem joking.

"Probably.. There isn't really anything dangerous about flowers.." He continued to lie and let out another laughter as he placed the patchers where they were from the start.
"So.. What are you working with? Because You're not from here, I can tell.."

Anya smiled and shook her head, "nope, I'm not really from anywhere," she explained, crossing her arms and grabbing her shoulders. She figured she might as well drop the bombshell now instead of later...
"And my work well," Anya said before quickly stepping forward and pinning Cale against a tree. "I'm assuming by the fact that your pretending to be a gardener that you already know what I am." Anya held her gun up and pressed it against his temple as a warning not to move or do something he'd regret.

Cale's eyes widened when she suddenly went towards him, and soon he was pinned against a tree with a gun pointed at him. He was probably much stronger than her and could fight her - but it would be risky now when it was guns involved, instead he just frowned and tried to keep calm.
"Wow.. Here I'm trying to be nice and helpfull.. " He sighed
"So, you're a Pirate, huh? I was just looking for one.. What a coincidence.."

Anya narrowed her eyes and took a step back. She lowered her gun but kept her finger on the trigger.
"Fine, so what are you doing in the middle of the woods?" she asked, examining his calm face expression. It was odd, people usually got a bit more scared when she holds a gun to their head.

"Like I said, I was looking for some pirates or something.. You - or someone else has kidnapped my friend, and I want him back" He said firmly and kept his gaze on her.

Anya cocked her head to the side, "Nope, sorry, I'm just scouting... you're the first person I've seen out here..."
"I think we could return him, for a price..." she said.
"Our ships wrecked, totally messed up and we need a mechanic," she said, trailing off.
"You know one?"
